It may not sound like much, but by getting up fifteen minutes earlier every day will give you a whole ninety-one hours (nearly 4 days!) every year with which to do something that can change your future.

Use this time wisely…get into work 15 minutes earlier, spend the time read a personal development book, or go for a jog.

To make sure that you don’t waste it - note down at the end of every day what you achieved in those fifteen minutes.

After a month review what you have achieved…and you will found out that you can make a difference with fifteen minutes every day. Imagine what you could do with half-an-hour!

What will you do with your first fifteen minutes every day?  Habits can work for you as well as against you.

Once you get into the habit of a productive first fifteen minutes every day, you’ll realise what little you used to achieve in the mornings without it.
